How to reset an array in a loop?

Compiled a function that needs to be integrated.
It has an array whose elements are initially zero, and after passing a certain condition takes on non-zero values.
The problem is that after the change, the function returns to the beginning, where it resets the values.
How can this be prevented?
PS: I checked step by step - there are no errors in the condition (values ​​change)
