How to reserve many domain names for one server for the future?

Hello, I have a few questions for geniuses:

1) I would like to register several (dozens) domains for future projects / startups, because I'm leaving for the army for a year, and I don't want these domains to be taken over this year, and beyond. What is the most profitable way you know for buying domains "wholesale" , or, in principle, there is no such way (except for special offers from registrars)? Also, of course, services with an inexpensive price for both purchase and renewal for the future are interesting.

2)Suppose I bought domains. Further, so that they do not just hang like a "dead weight", I would like them to redirect to some simple site with text, or that the same site opens from all these domains (is this even possible without duplication?). How can this be implemented most competently and most profitably, that is, when buying an inexpensive server, in what ways will it be possible to tie all these domains to it? Or is it not worth doing this at all and don't care that domains have been just lying around in the network for several years "in reserve" or for resale / transfer?

3) What methods/services/programs are available to easily monitor all your purchased domains or even manage them?

We need a (preferably detailed) guide/roadmap, how it is cheaper and easiest to reserve a lot of domains with a redirect to one site without problems in the future, how can you earn at least a little extra money on this, and is it even worth doing this at all?

After purchasing domains and buying the simplest hosting plan, you can add an unlimited number of domain names to your server address. You will just need to change the nameserver in the domain name control panel. In reg.ru you can buy domains and rent hosting. For a simple page, the simplest tariff will be enough.
