How to request a site using a proxy?

I need to write a parser with proxy support. I tried on requests, but there are big problems with these.
Then I switched to selenium, but since the proxy is with a login and password, you need to use extensions, but chrome in headless mode does not support extensions, therefore the option with selenium also disappears.
What do i do?
