How to replace Woocommerce product meta data?

Products have an attribute in their metadata called "_m_cat_type", and some products (most, in fact) have this "_m_cat_type" set to the value "14". How to replace this particular inscription "14" with a custom inscription in all products of the Woocommerce store?

I've been scratching my head over this for the second day, but the solutions from the Internet did not help .. Save me!
