How to replace the current template from the admin panel with your own?

I searched in Google, but almost everywhere they tell how to change the page-title, etc. ... and not a template.
If there is any guide on this issue?

This is because you don’t need to change it.
If you need a custom admin panel, then it’s easier to make it as a separate app
