How to replace lines from file1 with lines from file2 with result in file3?

There is file1 and lines:
any content of line1
any content of line2
any content of line3

There is file2 and lines:
desired content of line1
desired content of line2
desired content of line3

File3 contains lines from file1. They need to be found and replaced with the corresponding lines from file2.
