How to replace hard drive in raid0 on ubuntu?

Good afternoon. There is an ubuntu server, it has two hard drives in raid0. Software raid, i.e. md. One of the hard drives is dying. Actually a question. How to replace this hard drive correctly, so that the new drive would then sync normally with the first drive?
Thank you.

@ArtMavir

You need to copy the entire RAID0, replace the disk, recreate the array, and then copy the data back.
It is desirable that the old and new drives are the same model and size.
