How to replace CapiCom?

Colleagues, good afternoon!
We have an old project in which work with containers of private keys and certificates on the client side is carried out through CapiCom and CryptoPro. The keys are used to create an EDS using GOST algorithms.
Due to the termination of support by the manufacturer, we are looking for a replacement for CapiCom. If anyone has experience in using other means, please share what solution you use, what are its pros and cons.

Yes, actually there is a CryptoPro EDS Browser plug-in .
