Notepad++ - "search" - "replacement" - "find in files" tab
Specify the folder containing the necessary files, check the box if necessary (search in subfolders) and click replace.

If you are using Sublime Text, then this is a strange question
Find -> Find In Files
You can also specify a replacement there.

1/ search and replace = a typical operation in any editor
2/ the same "pieces" of code must be taken out through SSI

If I understand you correctly, then use templates.
