How to renew Lets Encrypt certificates?

I have an nginx server, 4 domains go to it, it redirects them to nextcloud, a web server and a couple more.
Now the nextcloud certificate has expired, I wanted to renew it, but I don’t remember what the requirements for updating are, whether there should be port 80 and 443 directed to it, or something else ... but the fact is that my nextcloud ports have changed 80->81 443->444, maybe because of this I didn’t add the task for renew to cron, to be honest, so much happened in a year that I just forgot.

What are the 100% requirements for a certificate renewal?
