How to render React app to static html files?

Is it possible, for the purpose of search engine optimization, to render a part of a React application into html files at the project assembly level? The part that the user sees before authorization. Well, in order not to fence the garden for ssr from express'a and other things, but to issue static html files with nginx. So does anyone do it?
