How to render on desktop and mobile like in gulp only on webpack?

Good day, I switched from gulp to webpack and faced with the difficulty that there is no project display on desktop and mobile at the same time as in gulp, can anyone have links that are useful for me ??

Listen to 0.0.0.0 instead of localhost by devserver.
Then you can connect from any device on the same network to the machine where the server is running.
