How to render HTML/CSS in .net/C# for desktop?

Recently I wondered about the fact that now the whole UI revolves around HTML / CSS. C# has WPF, Xamarin, Avalonia for this. But from all that I found, nothing is suitable for UI. If you look at the ASP option, then this is a browser-based solution and it is not suitable for a specific task. Avalonia is the best option right now, but it doesn't exactly duplicate WPF and is very specific. So, are there any packages / libs that would allow rendering html in a window? For example, if you write on avalonia, you can choose what to render on - dx, volcano, ogl...
If there are such projects, I will be happy to provide a link. If not, why not? I think something like this would be great.
