How to render blender 3d scenes on a remote PC?

Available: home PC, laptop and gray IPs on both devices
Need: send the scene prepared on the laptop to the PC for rendering, while it is necessary that the PC be in hibernation mode or something like that until the scene is sent or until it is turned on by the button (no action on a laptop in the second case).
I think this is all possible to do through some team viewer and hamachi, but I don’t know how to wake up the PC remotely
