Hello! Please tell me, I renamed the Ukrainian regions, in the oc_zone table.

But on the site, when placing an order, everything is the same as
before prntscr.com/gg4wmk
I may have missed something, please advise, I will be grateful for your help!

See if the zone id in the select and in the database matches.
- You may have a duplicate zone
- Some modules use their own zone tables
- Clear the system cache
