How to remove your ip from cloudflare blacklist?

Toaster has not been working for a couple of days in two browsers:
ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED.
It works through a proxy. Through the phone (WiFi, the same ip) - it works. I am not a CloudFlare customer.
