How to remove watermark using Python?

I tried to remove the voivode from the picture, but alas, I did not find on the Internet how to do it.
The picture is something like this.
I used to think that OpenCV could handle this, but even with such a request, I did not find anything worthwhile.

generally a bad idea to remove watermarks from other people's images.
Buying the right pictures is not so expensive. IMHO

Create your own dataset and train a neural network on it, which will actually generate its own picture from someone else's.
