How to remove warning after updating php to version 5.6?

After updating PHP 5.4 ---> PHP 5.6, a warning started popping up:

PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/lib/php5/20131226/pecl.so' - /usr/lib/php5/20131226/pecl.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0

Who knows what is the reason and how to fix it?

remove this module from configs.
