In robots.txt in Disallow, write this URL

You definitely don't need a redirect. If you need to remove a page that no longer exists, then send it to Yandex Webmaster for re-bypass, to Search Console (Google Webmaster) - look like a Google bot and send it for re-indexing. If the page exists, but is not needed in the search, then add the noindex meta tag < meta name="robots" content="noindex"/> to the page and send it for crawling in the same way.
