How to remove trails during image movement?

Hello! I bought an AOC 2460sh
monitor , since the previous one, Samsung 2770 HD TV , gave up after 7 years of service. I had to take it in a hurry, since in my city there is not a very rich choice of electronics, and the work will not wait, then I fixed my eyes on this particular monitor. Everything is fine, everything is fine, the only thing but, this is a strange bifurcation, blurring, tearing of objects in video or games, with medium or fast camera movement, the effect is enhanced in heavily lit places. That is, for example, if you take a static character in any game and walk left and right in front of him, then he will split in the direction you are walking, the feeling that the monitor simply does not keep up with the speed of movement.
In different games and videos, the effect is also different, somewhere it is more noticeable, and somewhere less.
Please note that this is associated with certain objects, and, in most cases, only when scrolling horizontally, in vertical scrolling it is almost imperceptible.
In the system itself, the desktop, texts, programs, everything is fine, nothing floats, does not twitch, or doubles, only games and videos.
Partially, the effect of loops is removed by disabling the "Overdrive" function in the monitor.
Connecting via VGA, yes, I know, but I'm a junkie, I'm still sitting on Windows XP and playing games of the past 10-20 years, I need a car mainly for work, and not for playing modern "not very high-quality" games.
Installing monitor drivers, replacing VGA cables, changing video card driver settings did not work.
There were no such problems on the previous monitor, at all, the system was not reinstalled and no suspicious software was installed, something was in the monitor, I'm afraid it's not a marriage.
PS Maybe it's nonsense, but maybe not, there is a column next to the monitor, which is the main one, can it somehow influence it and add "interference", or would this effect be present all the time?

Pixels do not have time to switch. The overdrive feature reduces monitor response time. With the function disabled, the effect should not appear. No fix.
