In general, the situation is this - I bought this smartphone yesterday (in the online store) - Gigabyte GSmart Guru G1.
As soon as I received the parcel in my hands (already at home), I tried to turn it on and found 3 translucent stripes.
They are clearly visible on a white background (for example, in chrome, google play).
One for 1/4 of the screen, the other two for a few millimeters.
Googled a lot and came across that this could be a software problem, not a hardware one.
I'm almost new to android, can you tell me, advise what to do?
Maybe there are solutions with firmware, software updates.
In extreme cases, there is a guarantee and I will send the SC, but it will take time, a lot of time.

Better get it back under warranty. If it turns out that the bug is not software, and you change the firmware, they may refuse to exchange.
