How to remove these shadows?

These are the shadows that have been following me everywhere in google chrome for the past few days. How to remove them?

It would be cool if it was google chrome... in the screenshot where you highlighted, there are no shadows, just white light.
You have problems with the monitor, try changing the HDMI / VGA cable, although the problem is most likely in the matrix.
