Uploaded the list of countries and cities to Bitrix.
When choosing a location, at the top of the list there are several lines "Other" and below there are lists of cities ...
How can I delete this ???

There is a suspicion that you have reloaded the directory without cleaning it.
Backup and import locations with "Delete all existing locations" checked
