How to remove the top panel in Cyberfox v.47 (see screenshot)?

I care about the topmost white panel, where the page title is displayed (on the screen where "Initial page of Cyberfox - Cyberfox"). It takes up a precious centimeter of the screen, which is wildly annoying.
I just can’t find this moment in the settings, but I don’t want to download stupid extensions. And the option c F11 is also not suitable.
