I need to remove the restriction. This limit occurs after 100 messages from the bot per hour, and the error vk_api.exceptions.apierror appears: [9] flood control: too many messages sent to user I looked at some (checked) communities and there the bot can send as many messages as it likes. HOW TO DO IT, help
