After using up ~1 GB per day, speed limits of 32 kBs are imposed. The operator says that there are no restrictions, saying that there is a problem with the tower, etc.

Cellular operator. Restrictions are imposed on unlimited services. VK, telegram, etc.

Vpn is not an option, it is spent on traffic, which I have 5 GB for a month.

How to remove the speed limit?
