How to remove the error "Column count of mysql.proc is wrong"?

I'm trying to add a procedure, phpMyAdmin gives an error saying you need to use mysql_upgrade:

Where can I get it? I'm working on a mac with XAMPP. There is something incomprehensible in the Internet, they say you need to enter "mysql_upgrade -u root -p" and where I did not understand. I tried to enter this into the terminal in the mysql XAMPPa folder - it says that the command was not found (via sudo too). Where should I write this in my case? And will it help?

I tried typing this in the terminal

yes, this is a terminal command.
maybe mysql_upgrade is not in PATH, try finding it with finder and run it with full path.
