How to remove the download speed limit on the server in OpenServer?

When uploading a file to a linux server, the speed reaches 8-9 Mb/s (my Internet speed is 100 Mb/s ~ 10 Mb/s), and to a server that is located on the LAN and runs on openServer, the download speed does not exceed 3 Mb/s, although it should be much more, because the local network is 1Gbps. How to remove the restriction?
