How to remove the contact group module from a Joomla site?

The old administrator has long established a link (group window) to a group in contact in the left menu, I can’t find how to remove it. It's not in the modules. I'm not an experienced user, help!
Here is the site: akvareliss.ru group at the bottom left. Now there are two of them, I inserted one normally through the module manager. And the other one has been hanging for a long time and I can’t find how to remove it.

I do not exclude that the insertion of a window with a group is sewn directly into the template. Just open the templates/<your template>/index.php folder and look in it. If there is little experience at all, I can help on a commercial basis with this problem, write to [email protected]
