How to remove the chipset driver from the file system on Windows 7?
The point is this. There is an asus motherboard on socket 775 with a g41 chipset. There is a hard drive with Windows 7 installed. The seven was installed on the asus mother with the same 775 socket, but the P35 chipset. It's clear that Windows does not start. It's clear that firewood for the chipset interferes. It's clear that a reasonable way is to rearrange everything. But, nevertheless, is there a way to somehow remove the firewood on Windows (there is a flash drive with ubuntu) and install the necessary firewood (the firewood needed on the flash drive with ubuntu)?
PS: there is simply no installation disk with seven at hand, but we need it urgently. Thanks for understanding.

A simple removal will not solve the issue here, since you need to edit the registry
Try running sysprep and resetting it.
Usually it is located here: %WINDIR%\system32\sysprep
