How to remove the bottom bar in the browser?

The problem is the following. There is a small chatbot. At the bottom there is a textarea for entering a message.
It's fine on a computer, but on a phone, mobile browsers cover this textarea with their bottom menu (as in the screenshots).
We want the texarea to slide up when this panel appears, while remaining visible.
How can this be done?
