How to remove the blue screen?

Good day, two days ago windows stopped starting after another cleaning (maybe something was not so removed), next to Windows is the main Linux system, I don’t remember the password for windows account. I
tried to look at the log file in the LogFile folder through linux, but the file opens in encrypted form
Stop code windows Critical Service Failed
Please help solve the problem
