How to remove the ability to switch to the side bar in the wizard?

Question to those who have experience in asp.net web forms.
There is a wizard , it has the ability to switch both using the buttons: back and next, and using the side bar of steps.
I need to make it possible to move from step to step in the opposite direction and remove the ability to switch forward through the side bar
