How to remove store name from title?

Hello! Please help me remove the store name from the Title..
In SEO>URLS in the index I wrote a title without the store name, but when I look at the code it appears at the end of the store name... And another question is how to remove the meta name generator content Prestashop?? does he need more?

Deleted in header.tpl in your theme folder, as archelon wrote earlier

Perhaps some extensions are enabled that control the text of the title.
The meta 'generator' is manually removed from the header.tpl file in the theme's folder.
In the same place, if desired, you can manually rewrite the title (but better through the admin panel, of course)
