How to remove sticking and autoscrolling in Excel?

Strongly strains autoscrolling or "scrolling" in excel. Couldn't find an answer to this question anywhere. The problem very often pops up when, when working with several cells, you need to move from one to another. If the cells are large, then Excel returns the screen to the beginning of the cell (to the extreme left corner) and it is not possible to drop or scroll the cell to the required distance. The program pulls you back into a corner. Extremely inconvenient. Has anyone solved this issue? - Help!!

What version of excel. I have not been able to reproduce the above. Can you show pictures?

Change scale. Hold CTRL + roll your mouse wheel.
Or make the cells smaller.
