Information and comments are very scarce, but I will assume that after transferring the site from one server to another, you need to change the ares in the site settings in the admin panel - replace https://... with http://...
In addition, you will need go through the entire database for other full URLs with https. And also in wp-config.php, see if there are FORCE_SSL constants there.
