How to remove SSL certificate for localhost.localdomain?

Good day.
The site was hosted on shared hosting. It is quite logical that some left certificate was pulled up to it (another domain in general).
Bought a white IP. Now COMODO and similar services are swearing at the unreliability of the certificate.
I'm not strong on this issue at all. I would like to know if it is possible to get rid of certificates AT ALL?
