How to remove spammers from a site?

Hello colleagues!
There are a lot of registered bots on the site (drupal 7). It's worth drupal.org/project/spambot and it sort of knows how to delete emails from its database. But sucks... tell me
a way to remove all spammers from the database. Of course, the Drupal-way is better, but the method with running a text file through some spam database is also suitable.

If these registered bots don’t mess with messages and can’t even do it, then let them sit.
I have a lot of them on the forum, they can’t post them (because they didn’t pass the banal verification). I usually have a deletion after a few weeks if the verification has not passed, but I just added this more.

the module you specified (which uses the stopforumspam base) is the most effective in filtering ip addresses. so if your database of already registered has data about registration ip, try filtering by it.

Maybe it's easier to prevent them from sending messages? There are many ways. From cookies and captchas to obfuscating forms for sending messages.

If registration is needed only or mainly for commenting, delete all users and put the Disqus JS code. I have done this in my blog, there is no spam at all.
On the forum, I fought spammers for a long time, but in the end I did the following. Prohibited registration and instead made the output of the message "to register, send an email to e-mail such and such, indicating the desired nickname." You have to add users manually (well, not quite manually, using a script), but, again, there is no spam at all. It's been a pleasure to visit the forum.
You can also try a variation on the topic of registration by invites.
