How to remove spam calls from Berlin to MTS?

Yesterday I started receiving calls from Berlin to MTS, I haven’t used MTS for a long time, because I live in Donetsk and switched to Phoenix, I don’t remember that I used MTS anywhere yesterday, maybe it’s tied to something, but I don’t even know to what. Calls come from different numbers, so I can't blacklist them in advance.

Put any call filter from google play or w3bsit3-dns.com with support for mask filters and ban it +49*

what about on iOS? Lately they've been calling several times a day.
