How to remove SDN staticaly from wordpress code?

Hello, I tried to use SDN from Staticaly (plugin), as a result, even the speed just dropped, deleted it, looked at the page code through Google, and there is such a surprise:

Can this be removed somehow? and why is it left? the plugin has been removed
