How to remove preloader from wowonder script?

Hello, I encountered such a problem, I installed the wowonder 2,5,2 social network script on the hosting at first everything was fine, but then the admin-cp script admin panel stopped loading there, just the preloader loaded endlessly tried to delete js and divs, this caused the admin panel to stop opening altogether maybe someone knows how to remove it from there if anyone can help I can give data from the site and the host
