How to remove padding on a page in WP?

I apologize to the moderators for the re-created topic, but, as it turned out, the issue was not resolved (in the previous topic, I ticked that the issue was resolved).
In general, the essence is the following. Here is the site: wp1.torikas-1.znjg1.spectrum.myjino.ru
On the main page, using the code below, we managed to remove the indents between the "Home" and the picture above.

#content {
    padding: 0px;
}

But if I go to the page builder plugin, create a line and write some text there, then the indents appear again above and below. What exactly am I talking about - go to the main page, scroll down, you see the text "here are large spaces through the page builder (the plugin downloaded to split into columns / rows)" and from this text there are large spaces up and down, which I don’t have manages to remove. Even when changing Top/bottom padding to 0 in line edit. If, for example, I make the background of the line gray and the line is the last one, then it would be logical to get the result, as in screenshot 1 (only here the color is red). And I get screen 2 because of these indents.

By the way, in the theme itself (demo version) everything is in order. What is the problem then?
