How to remove padding between images in psd layout?

I am laying out the layout, (I cut out the background from the layout and added text using html) I made up the first block, with the second block the same way. But between these blocks there is one large indent, which I did not write in the code.
How can this be fixed?

(by the way, there is no such indent in the sandbox)

Take out the wand, draw the crossed moons of King Solomon in the air with it and read the spell: "Marginus Reducius!"
Even if this does not help, add to the question the HTML code in which you are confused.
