View -> Active Editor -> Use Soft Wraps
so on OSX, but in theory it should be the same on any platform.
PS do not go too far with tags.

probably, you need to make the same characters in it ..
or Edit (or maybe a service) - dynamic line wrapping - or just Wrap lines

Right-click on the edge of the document (where the line numbering is displayed in your screenshot), and uncheck Use Soft Wraps
