How to remove htaccess inheritance?

The bottom line is this:
There are several sites on the hosting, while the main one is in the root folder, all the rest are in subdirectories. Accordingly, it turns out that all sites inherit the main parameters set in htaccess, even though each site has its own file (I made sure of this after all sites started redirecting to https, although this condition is only indicated for the main site).

Accordingly, the question is: how to make sure that the main site (htaccess) does not affect all the others?

Something you soar some kind of game, firstly they cannot be inherited because each site has its own root document, even if they are in subfolders.
Secondly, the nested .htaccess overrides the rules of the parent.
Well, yes, the answer will be this, you need to cut vitrualhost to do everything as expected.
If you need the sites to lie inside each other, make symlinks and set them up.
