Hello everyone, there was a problem - I synchronized the server and phpstorm via ftp. At the moment, the need for this has disappeared and now the question arose - how to remove this synchronization?
Upd. The problem is solved - in the C drive, it was necessary to simply delete the .idea folder, which contained this project. After removing it, everything worked as expected. Thank you all for your replies and your prompt response to this issue.
