How to remove from npm?

Good afternoon, I do everything according to the docks, I npm uninstall нужна вещьdelete what I need and everything disappears from the package json, but I get a wild trigger that wappalyzer writes that the things I deleted remained on the project.
The question is: "Did it delete it or not?" :)
