How to remove "File does not exist" if it refers to non-existent files?

Joomla site gives 500 server error after transferring from another hosting.

In the logs comes out:

.htaccess - original for Joomla.
Tried commenting out Options +FollowSymLinks, tried changing it to Options +SymLinksIfOwnerMatch. Tried removing it altogether. Used .htaccess with prev. hosting.
There is access to the control panel.
