How to remove error 404 due to cache on hosting?

Good afternoon, I have such a problem.
I have a website in Yii2. The site.ru/category/name page is available and everything was OK with it, and it becomes 404 here after I played around with the apache settings.
I saw that the page was not available, returned everything back, as it was.
But the page is not available.
If you change site.ru/category/name to site.ru/category/name1 in the admin panel, change only the URL of this category, then everything immediately becomes OK.
