How to remove duplicate selections from xls in php?

Good afternoon!
Processing xls file using php. I am using SpreadsheetReader .
There was a problem, when parsing the file, some prices were paired like this:
[email protected]
9,1349,1349,1349,134.9,1349,[email protected]
[email protected]
In the price list it is:
919.00 rub.
$9,134.20
721.10 rub.
Has anyone come across? What to do with it?
